  I absolutely love Chipotle and when my office decided to order, I was in. We went through postmates for convenience, and I found a glitch in their system which did not allow me to order my usual salad. I was able to order a burrito, so I figured adding notes in the "modify" section would suffice.
  
  Where my disappointment comes into play is the fact that I did not receive a salad, I got the burrito that I had ordered instead, tortilla and all. I have ordered from other places and had my food come as requested in the notes section, so I know that it is a field that works, they just decided not to read my request. Definitely glad I did not have an allergy that needed to be paid attention to.
  
  As a side note, the chips my colleague received were so stale they were almost chewy. I have never experienced issues with this location before so I have to say I am left wondering if there is some sort of disdain associated with online ordering.
  
  As I mentioned earlier, I am disappointed by the lack of attention, but if someone does happen to be allergic to something and it gets ignored, that could be just plain dangerous.
