    Terrible customer service with no follow up.Disorganized company that over promises and under delivers. I had to go to the Scottsdale location to inquire about my order after being told 4 weeks. Was never contacted and told shades were on back order. Took over 8 weeks with the installer showing up on the wrong day. Blame game on the manufacturer with no accountability for poor communication and service. Money spent on advertising should be spent on customer service. Stay away....
