  FRAUD ALERT
  
  We live in the Prescott, AZ area.
  
  We had terrible service from Precision Door Service. I cannot speak to the installation or quality of the product. I can only speak to the customer service I did not receive.
  
  We contact Precision Door Service and scheduled an appointment for service. They arrived at the scheduled time gave us options. We decided to have both garage doors replaced. We gave the required 50% deposit on the doors. They stated it would take 7 - 10 days to get the doors in and then they would call to schedule an installation date.
  
  After 2 weeks, we called to find out what the status was on the doors. No one called us back for 4 business days.
  
  We called back on the next business day, only to be told the garage doors would not be in for another 2 weeks.
  
  At this point I was done. I called to cancel the order and had a return call that evening, promising me the doors would be in that week and the installation of the doors could happen at my choice of time.
  
  I went ahead gave them the chance to make things right.
  
  The installation day arrived and the installers arrived 20 minutes ahead of the appointment time. But informed me right away that they had the wrong doors. I thanked them and told them to cancel the order.
  
  I immediately called to cancel the order and get my deposit back. Of course I had to leave a message for a manager to call me back. 30 minutes later a manager called me back offering me a better quality door. I told him no, cancel the order and process my refund. He told me he did not do refunds and had to have someone else do it and get back to me.
  
  Alas, no one got back to me. So, I made another call to another manager, who did get back to me and stated that a refund check would be sent.
  
  A few more calls, and the check should go out. Yet it took a week to send.
  
  I did finally get my full deposit back. 8 weeks after I made the deposit.
