  Once again I'm pleasantly surprised by my experience with Amerisleep. Specifically, the customer service I received from a team member named Courtney. I emailed a request, and within a couple hours I had a return email and phone call. Courtney was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. She quickly understood and acknowledged my request, and acted on it immediately. My request was handled promptly and I couldn't have been more pleased. So often companies promise great customer service and say that they are different than other businesses. Usually those promises are just words and don't mesh with reality. My experience with Amerisleep has been a refreshing change from business as usual. They have a great product, price it fairly, and back it up with great service. I strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a mattress. Thanks Courtney!!!
