  Highly unprofessional. Janine is rude and dismissive. We were tenants of a property she managed and had three floods and a broken AC. None of these issues were handled with any sort of urgency. Our AC unit took months to replace despite it producing a measly 10% airflow. We lived with black mold, broken appliances, busted cabinets and on top of all that a snippy manager who refused to help u
  s. This property management company is an absolute mess and if you are hiring them to manage any property, I'd like to caution you that all of the above listed liabilities are your responsibility. We're going to court with the property owners, not AZ Rental company.
