  I have banked at 74th and McDowell for many years and the service has degraded severely. Chase is going to loose customers by droves as it continues with extremely poor service. Voice mail suggest calling 1-800 off shore customer service. Please don't call them as they are extremely poor, incompetent and hard to understand. I will be shopping for a bank that cares about its long term customers. My advice to chase is "what goes around comes around". You better wake up Jamie Diamond or you won't have any business customers left.
