  The community is beautiful and the units are cozy. The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with! I just signed my lease and the whole process was made so easy. Can't wait to begin living here!

  This is by far the best community I've lived in! Angela, Phillip, and I'll even include Commander, despite him moving to a different property during my lease, have been absolutely outstanding. I had a TERRIBLE experience with a greystar community in the past and was hesitant to sign here but this staff had turned the image completely upside down in the most positive way possible. They're supportive, patient, and attentive.
  
  What other maintenance guy will help you with a broken down car and ensure you don't get taken advantage of by a towing company and stand up for you? Phillip did with out complaint. He ensures all work in the apartments are done well and on time (and most of the time before anticipated) and ensures proper communication. Despite managing maintenance on the property on his own during some staff turn over he remained positive and always had a smile on his face with out letting the quality of the work go.
  
  Angela and Commander both truly care about their residents and consistently go above and beyond to sit and chat and get to know the residents personally and assist in whatever way possible.
  
  Greystar is lucky to have this team! On top of the team the location, layouts, and community just can't be beat. Highly, highly recommend!

  My wife and I have had a great time living at Chazal. Our apartment is nice, has good natural lighting, and is located close to the park. The gym is great. We particularly like the staff. Margaret and Angela have been incredibly helpful and attentive.
  
  Chazal is a great location for ASU students. I was able to ride to school every day in 20-25 minutes. Just keep your bike in your apartment.
