  Great ambiance, great wine and drinks, great service - but menu needs updating.
  
  Had a nice meal there last month for the first time in a few years. Everything was well prepared, but the menu looked virtually unchanged since 2013. The upside is that they didn't get rid of the scallops and the famous Stetson Salad which are my faves.
  The "Birthday cake" was still there, too. Not sure why they call it that, but it Is a very good layer cake.
  
  I don't get to Phoenix very often, but I usually fit in a visit to Cowboy Ciao. Hope to see some new menu items next time.
