  Satisfactory resolution. There was a problem with my sweater and Delia's tried several times to resolve it but it was not possible. Things happen... but when you are reasonable and willing to work with management to find a solution, it can happen. Of course I was upset but because of the way I was treated, I will give Delia's another chance. I never had a problem before.
