  I gave them one complete star, because i can't give them half !!! Let me tell you why !!! I found them in Groupon , i paid for a service $245 , When i called them to make the appointment , the first thing they said it was
  " you have a Groupon", I said yes and they told me the next appointment was a month later , i already paid the Groupon so i said, is OK ! She was really rude at the phone, but like i said before i already paid for the service so little that i knew, i was certain that if i didn't use the Groupon i will lose my 245 dollars . Well after a month i was excited for my appointment , notified my job that i will be out early and everything, one hr prior my appointment a lady from Derma Art MedSpa called me just saying "we are canceling your appointment because the lady is sick and she cant be here " i said, OK so when you are expecting her to come back so i can have my procedure, she told me " in 3 weeks " I told her , that i just wanted my money back because it was unacceptable that they wait until the last minute to call me and after a month waiting for the appointment , she didn't even tried to accommodate me earlier ,she just say " call Groupon and ask for your money back and she hang up the call. I'm sure she treated me that way because they are not making that much money in Groupon , two things, 1. it was not that cheap the same procedure i just paid 240 in other place . Did not use Groupon at all and they were excellent N Scottsdale Med Spa 7000 E Mayo Blvd !
  2. They shouldn't Advertised in Groupon !
