  Once again, without fail, Mario took great care of us. He always takes into consideration that we live 45+ minutes from the dealership when he assigns us a drop-off time that will get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Since Earnhardt Cadillac Scottsdale is the only place that has ever service or repaired our Escalade, Mario knows its history inside and out. Earnhardt's is thoughtful, personal service from Jessica that confirms our appointments to the loaner department where curbside service is a given.

  I recently took my Cadillac in for service at Earnhardt Cadillac in Scottsdale. I have to say my experience was first class; Brandon Porter, my Service Consultant was excellent. Brandon is very friendly and is a Cadillac service expert. Brandon was very thorough and my Cadillac service was performed flawlessly, on time, and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Brandon for such a great experience, and thank you to the entire Earnhardt Cadillac team for perfect execution of your best in class service.
