  I purchased a massage from their website back in September. I was scheduled for the massage on Sept. 16, which they called on Sept 15 and cancelled. Then, almost 2 months, November 2, I finally was able to get my massage. For the hassle, they gave me a free massage. Great! That sounds awesome. My free massage was scheduled for today, January 15, after I ran a 1/2 marathon yesterday, and they called 20 min prior to my massage time to cancel (I was already on my way there). They explained the therapist left several weeks ago and they were calling to make sure he cancelled the appointment. HAHA, thanks for the 20 minute notice!
