  I unfortunately had the experience of having to help my best friend whose dog had passed away while they were out of the country. Horizon was a huge help and allowed me to bring to the dog to them, even staying a little after closing to wait for me to get there. I was a complete mess and they were totally selfless and compassionate in everything they did to help. I cannot thank them enough. It's the kind of kindness that you'll never forget.
