  Unprofessional employees who are demeaning. They need to screen their employees better. It's not right to pressure customers in a passive-aggressive manor and also portray yourself as you're better than the customers. Definitely a superiority complex. I went with another organization and am happy there and have no regrets.
  
  I suggest that you re-evaluate your employees because some of them are causing you to lose business.
